At Al-Falah Home Decor, we’re committed to delivering your wall art and home décor safely and transparently.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is prepared, it is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.


Where We Ship From

Our products are fulfilled from multiple locations:

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched from our local fulfillment center

  • Made-to-order and select items are shipped from our overseas fulfillment partners

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the item and fulfillment location:

  • Local fulfillment:
    Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days after processing

  • Overseas fulfillment:
    Estimated delivery within 2–3 weeks after processing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
All applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.


International Shipping

We ship internationally.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays, Lost, or Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
