Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Custom, personalized, and print-on-demand items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@al-falahhomedecor.com to request a return.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (and video if requested).
This helps us resolve the issue quickly or file a shipping claim.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for custom or personalized items, which are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
